MediaMarkt has confirmed it’s in “advanced” takeover talks with JD.com, following ongoing speculation about a possible deal with the Chinese eCommerce giant. (source)
📉 Frasers Group Sales Slide
Frasers Group reported a 7.4% drop in sales to £4.7B and a 24% fall in pre-tax profit, citing headwinds in the luxury sector and a retreat from gaming (including store closures for House of Fraser and Game). (source)
🛍️ Klarna x Poshmark Integration
Klarna users can now list past purchases directly on Poshmark, with item details and photos auto-filled. First-time sellers using Klarna will receive a $10 Poshmark credit. (source)
